Vendor onboarding on autopilot

Most solutions are generic e-sign tools shoehorned into contractor onboarding. DocuSign works, but you're still sending separate emails for the NDA, W-9, contract, and payment details. Multiply that by timezone gaps and it's a week of back-and-forth. VendorKit is built specifically for this. One link, one flow—contractor completes everything in one sitting. Create a template once, reuse it forever. No chasing emails, no rebuilding envelopes. Onboard vendors in minutes - not weeks!

Last year I took a gig with an Australian company. 13-hour time difference. First email: NDA as a Google Doc link. Couldn't access it. Requested access, waited a day. Got in, but it needed a signature—so I converted it to PDF, signed, sent back. Then they needed more information, a week more of email tag. I had a similar experience with a few clients I have worked with and realised even-though there are tools like DocuSign, PandaDoc and the like that offer digital signatures, they are a bit generic for hiring firms. VendorKit builds on those past experiences to streamline the onboarding process - create multiple onboarding templates (where you specify what needs to be signed, documents to be provided), then invite a vendor by email - simple onboarding wizard walks them through signing, uploading. Progress is tracked, documents accessible and the helpful automatic reminders to consultants/vendors for completion.
