The idea for Vemory was born from a frustration we all know too well: After 10+ years in AI research and development, our team spent countless hours in meetings—only to walk away with messy notes, forgotten action items, and no clear way to turn discussions into progress. We kept asking: Why is the “follow-through” part of meetings still so manual and broken, even with all the tech at our fingertips?

That’s when we decided to leverage our AI expertise to fix it. Vemory isn’t just another meeting tool—it’s the solution we wished we’d had for years: one that uses voice recognition to capture every detail accurately, auto-generates concise summaries so you skip the scroll, and turns key takeaways into assignable tasks—all in one seamless flow. We built it for global teams, remote or hybrid, because collaboration shouldn’t be held back by disorganized information.

This product is the result of late nights testing AI models, iterating on user feedback, and doubling down on what actually moves the needle: less admin, more focus, and faster collaboration.
