It's a really cool service in my opinion because you feel better riding it just knowing the driver is getting compensated more than they would with other ride share companies. It also feels a lot more personable, which I like too! I'm typically not picky about my ride service to begin with (I tend to just choose whichever is cheapest at the moment) so I didn't realize I would like Velo so much/appreciate the rider freedom and how much BETTER it feels to ride with them. I've already recommended it to all of my friends.
Pros:
I've gotten access to the Velo, and it's amazing! I feel much more comfortable riding knowing that I'm choosing who I ride with
Cons:
Not having as many driver options as I would after launch!
