👋 Hey Product Hunt! I’m Chintan, one of the makers behind VehicleERP. We built VehicleERP after seeing how much of the day-to-day work in used car businesses still happens across Excel sheets, WhatsApp messages, paper documents, and disconnected tools. A used car dealer doesn’t just need to know which cars are in stock. They need to know what each car actually cost, which expenses were added, what it sold for, how much profit it generated, what’s happening with partners and payments, and which vehicles are sitting too long. So we built VehicleERP around the complete vehicle lifecycle — purchase → expenses → inventory → customer → sale → payment → profit. We’re also bringing AI into these workflows with features like vehicle pricing insights, document scanning, ageing-stock alerts, business forecasts, anomaly detection, daily summaries, and an AI assistant that can work with dealership data.
