Laplace is the space-engineering agent inside Vecteur. You describe a mission in English. Physics engines compute. You get the number, the assumptions, and the file. If an input is missing, it says so instead of guessing.
SpaceX put launch in the hands of people who ship. Design never got that. It still takes about a year to change one parameter, in a spreadsheet. This is the other loop: a doer who sizes on Tuesday and defends it on Thursday.
