VCare Health is an AI Receptionist built for healthcare practices. It answers calls 24/7, schedules and reschedules appointments, handles patient questions, sends reminders, and follows up with patients automatically. Hi Product Hunt!
We built VCare Health after seeing the same problem across many healthcare practices: patients call, no one answers, front desk teams are overloaded, and valuable appointments are lost.
Our goal was to create an AI Receptionist that feels practical, not experimental. VCare Health can answer calls 24/7, schedule and reschedule appointments, handle common patient questions, send reminders, and follow up automatically.
The biggest challenge was making the experience work specifically for healthcare workflows, where conversations are more complex than a typical customer service call and integrations with existing systems matter.
We are continuing to improve VCare Health based on feedback from real healthcare providers. I would love to hear what features or workflows would make an AI Receptionist most valuable for your practice or organization.
Thanks for checking out VCare Health!

How well does it integrate with Epic and other major EHRs without a heavy lift from our IT team? Also curious if it can triage symptom calls or only handle scheduling.

How well does it handle complex scheduling rules like multi-provider visits or insurance verifications before booking?

How does it handle complex patient questions that go beyond scheduling, like insurance details or prescription refills, and does it escalate those smoothly to the staff?
Report
How does it actually handle a patient asking something outside its scope, like a billing dispute, does it just awkwardly transfer them or can it flag it for staff to follow up?

How does it actually handle complex scheduling scenarios, like when a patient needs to see a specific provider for a follow-up but that slot requires insurance pre-authorization? Curious how deep the integrations go with systems like Epic or Athena.

Finally something that actually picks up at 2am when patients call. Setup took maybe ten minutes and it just handled a reschedule on its own without sounding robotic.
