Hey Product Hunt, I built VBatPower because estimating battery life for a small electronics project usually means a spreadsheet, a datasheet, and a lot of unit-conversion mistakes. I wanted one place where the numbers stay honest. What it does: Battery-life model — describe your device as batteries → components → states with duty cycles, and get a discharge estimate. 438 formulas across 32 categories — Ohm's law to RF link budgets — solve for any variable, with built-in unit selectors. Every formula is checked against an independent reference implementation, so the numbers you get are the numbers you can trust. Calculator flows — chain inputs, library formulas, and your own expressions over one shared namespace; everything recomputes live and is dimension-checked, so you can't accidentally add volts to amps. Real measurements — log current/voltage from an Arduino, ESP32, or STM32 as a simple CSV and chart the actual discharge curve against your prediction. It's browser-native, free while in beta, and you don't need an account to start. A free account just syncs your projects across devices and unlocks the REST API.
