I had the skills and the experience, but I wasn’t hired - simply because my CV didn’t capture the work I’d actually done. This platform is much more useful for graduates like myself than LinkedIn, especially with how tough the job market is right now. It puts more focus on my portfolio and the projects I’ve actually worked on, rather than just relying on my CV, which makes it easier to show what I can really do. I’ve also had far more meaningful and productive conversations here compared to LinkedIn.
