Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m the founder of VaultlyKeep, and this is the first SaaS product I’ve taken from an idea all the way to a working public launch.
The idea came from a simple problem I kept seeing around me: people buy important things, keep the receipt somewhere, and then months later struggle to find the receipt, warranty information, return deadline, or other paperwork when they actually need it.
That led me to build VaultlyKeep.
It is a browser-based app where you can keep a purchase record together with its receipt, warranty information, return window and supporting documents, then find everything again later instead of searching through email, photo galleries, drawers and folders.
VaultlyKeep is still very early.
I don’t have paying customers yet, and I’m deliberately not pretending that I already know exactly what the market wants.
Five people I know have tested the product, but what I need now is feedback from people who have no reason to be nice to me.
If you regularly buy electronics, appliances, furniture, tools, gadgets, or other products where receipts and warranties can matter, I’d especially appreciate you trying VaultlyKeep with a real purchase.
The Free plan doesn’t require a credit card.
What I’d most like to learn from this launch is:
1. What immediately makes sense?
2. What is confusing?
3. What feels genuinely useful?
4. What would stop you from using VaultlyKeep for your next important purchase?
5. What would need to be true for you to eventually pay for it?
Criticism is genuinely welcome. At this stage, learning what I got wrong is more useful than being told everything looks great.
