Vaptur

Hi All, Our team created Vaptur (a play on the words “Video Capture”) to be a camera App with a patent pending delay screen video recording technology that allows you to video record something after you see it live. Vaptur uses live-clipping technology to capture events after they happen. As UrbanDaddy reported - “Marty McFly had the DeLorean and Doc Brown. You’ve got your phone and this app. Technabob described Vaptur as being “ ..like a TiVo for real life.” The genius of this idea is that you use the “Record” button to grab video clips after they happen live, seconds after you decide they are worth recording. My Mom uses this app to clip just what she wants – she has no idea or interest in learning how to edit videos. With Vaptur all she has to do is “record”. This is not video editing per say, but is *live-clipping* where you know ahead of time what is going to happen so you know just when to start and stop recording to get just the clip you want with no editing and in near real time. The long term vision - any video screen: Any time you see something you want to record (live camera, streaming, broadcast, video playback etc.) you can use the Vaptur delay screen (swipe to bring up if not visible) to clip out just what you want using just the record button.
