How does it work for an average knowledge worker (an engineer for example)? Is it even the intended target audience?

Right now, Vance is primarily designed for people who rely on introductions - founders, investors, recruiters, sales folks, etc. That said, we’ve already seen engineers and designers use it to find collaborators or explore new opportunities through trusted intros. Over time, we want Vance to work for anyone who believes the right connections can change their career.
