Hey everyone! I’m Jason, the creator of Vailable. As a university student, I schedule a lot of meetings - study sessions, project brainstorms, etc. Whether it was for extracurricular or academic groups, it used to always be so difficult to pinpoint the exact sliver of time where everyone was free for a meeting. To make meeting scheduling easier, I developed Vailable as a tool that would allow event/meeting hosts to directly see the best dates and times where most people are available. While our current user base is primarily university students at Yale, UC Berkeley, and UCSD, Vailable has started to see a lot more exposure in work-life as well, with many of our users scheduling virtual project meetings through the app. Vailable is entirely web-based, and doesn’t even require signing up for an account. You just create an event, share the event link and bam - you can see exactly who is available at the possible dates and times you selected. I’ve been working on Vailable as my main project for the past few months, and I’m excited to see it help you all in making your event and meeting scheduling fast and easy. I will be happy to hear any thoughts and answer any questions in the comments!

This is awesome. I'm a college a design instructor, and finding "pinpoint[ing] the exact sliver of time where everyone was free for a meeting" is a complaint that I hear *all* the time. I experience it myself when coordinating with students. Often, with everyone's very hectic schedule, it's incredibly difficult to coordinate meeting times with more than two or three people. I just shared it w/ the students I have in my class Slack channel.
