Hi Product Hunt — I’m Yuki, maker of Voice AGI Notepad Agent. There are already plenty of ways to turn speech into text. That is not what I wanted to build. For me, there is a bandwidth gap between my brain and my keyboard. By the time I have turned a half-formed thought into a clean prompt, I have often flattened it, redirected it, or lost it entirely. Voice is messier. It includes fillers, pauses, corrections, tone, and thoughts that are not ready to become writing yet. That mess is useful. But a transcript alone is not enough: it still leaves you to organize the conversation and turn it into work afterward. I had wanted this kind of interface for a long time. When OpenAI released its Realtime model, the timing finally felt right to try building it. VAGINA is a phone-call interface where the conversation is also a workspace. While you talk with an AI agent, it can keep a notepad, turn ideas into Markdown documents or spreadsheets, and delegate harder work to specialized text agents. You do not have to finish the conversation, open another tool, rewrite the context, and start again. You can look at the work as it develops and say: “That’s not quite it. Take it in this direction instead.” Then keep going. What began as an April Fools’ project was also something I had wanted for a long time. I kept building it because I kept using it: to interview myself for two hours and turn the result into an article, and to read bookkeeping figures aloud while having them recorded into a table. VAGINA is still in beta, but the idea is simple: AI should not only answer after you have finished thinking. It should be able to think alongside you, while the thought is still moving.
