Vacation Fund is a research-backed benefit for employees. It allows employees to direct a portion of their paycheque into a separate Vacation Fund Account, and allows employers to match a portion of the contribution. This makes employees' dream trips more financially attainable, and encourages employees to take time away from the office.
I can't wait to be able to make concrete plans for trips with friends, rather than always talking about ideas that end up falling through. Vacation Fund will help people become more diligent about saving for their travel goals, and will hopefully be adopted by employers everywhere!

Pros:Amazing idea! Really great way to make saving for a vacation as easy as possible.
Cons:Several alternatives exist for direct saving but VF is amazing for those that love to travel.
