I already had your iPad app “DasReferenz” which already was a reference in mobile application design. So it was pretty easy to decide to purchase “Viki”. But know you have risen the bar again, especially in the field of digital typography!

Absolutely beautiful and an insta-buy! Congrats, Frank, it's a wonderful way of reading wikipedia!

The "Nearby Places" feature sounds very interesting... My first reaction was, "$1 for a Wikipedia app?" but that feature has got me pretty intrigued.

iPad app is why I purchased this. It's important for me to have a unified system across my iPhone and iPad. Thank you
Great job on the design, it looks amazing. I'm usually not too keen on installing apps when the web version can do. In this instance, I might give this app a pass and use it regularly (especially considering how often I end up going on Wikipedia on my phone). But to be very honest, I don't see a huge problem with using Wikipedia on its mobile web version. Sure it doesn't look half as good as Viki, but it sure does the job!
While I'm saying that, I've also been forcing Reddit on its desktop version on my iPhone until this week, so I'm probably not the most concerned with poor mobile experiences in the first place ;) (If you havent tried it, you should, just to experience what "mobile" meant in 2008 or something.
