I founded UX PROs in 2023 after finishing a year-long contract with Amazon. As a creative member of Amazon's esteemed Alexa Personality and Identity team, I identified unique pain points and workflow challenges within the organization that are common in all sizes of companies – from scrappy startups to tech giants.
