A Notion-based UX toolkit to track pause, hesitation, and reentry in product flow. Includes templates, GPT-powered classifiers, and structure generators from the PLD-Bridge Hub. Duplicate the tracker and start mapping user rhythm with Phase Loop Dynamics.

Hi Product Hunt! π
As a designer working with UX timing and interaction rhythm, I built this Notion-based toolkit to help you spot subtle hesitation points in your flow.
Instead of teaching UX theory, it gives you a lens to observe pauses, log user drift, and compare structural changes before and after.
Itβs based on a model called Phase Loop Dynamics (PLD) β a framework I published open-access to help designers visualize rhythm and reentry moments:

I'd love to hear how you see this being used, or what kinds of flow friction youβve noticed in your own work. Letβs talk UX rhythm!
Thanks for checking it out! π

This is truely cool! The Notion-based toolkit is such a smart way to approach UX rhythm β I've always struggled to pinpoint those tiny friction points, and this seems like it'll help me actually *see* them. Ngl, using checklists tied to the timing of interactions is kinda genius imo. How customizable is it for different types of apps though?
