Hey Product Hunt 👋 We built Utily.xyz as a 3-person team (three brothers) after getting frustrated with how bloated and slow simple “utility” websites have become. Our goal was straightforward: each tool should do one thing well, load fast, and work instantly. No logins, no clutter, no distractions. Utily.xyz is growing into a library of practical tools (text, images, dev utilities, and more), with each tool living on its own page for a focused experience. We’re shipping new tools regularly and refining based on real usage. We’d love honest feedback from makers and power users: -> What tools do you end up googling again and again? -> Anything that feels unnecessary or missing? -> UX issues?? please be ruthless 😄 Happy to answer questions about the build, stack, or roadmap. Thanks for checking it out 🙌

@himanshu_jain34 Hey! I took a quick look at Utily’s Privacy Policy + TOS, nice job keeping things simple and transparent, especially around client-side processing

One thing to flag: since you’re using Google AdSense + cookies, you might want slightly tighter cookie consent and clearer third-party disclosures to stay on the safe side (especially EU users). The TOS could also use a bit more structure around jurisdiction and liability for file tools.

If you ever want a quick sanity check or help tightening it up without over-lawyering it, happy to help.

@natalija_kerstein Thanks a lot for taking the time to review it. really appreciate that 🙏

You’re absolutely right. I kept the Privacy Policy and TOS intentionally simple early on, but tightening cookie consent and third-party disclosures (especially for AdSense / EU users) is on my near-term list.

I’ll be iterating on this soon, and I might take you up on that sanity check. Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback!
