We started with an obvious premise - nowadays since most SME are already using AI LiveChat for customer support, there’s now hardly any data uniqueness to non-human “AI livechat portals”. So why don’t we make livechat portals for all these websites available in one place? Data sources: To answer your query, we canvass company docs, forums, fresh threads, youtube, etc. To qualify, a website needs to have at least 10 publicly available pages.  Our app is not meant as a replacement for official support but as a supplement while you wait for their real human support. In our experience, most queries already get solved by us anyways.  We’ve recently introduced Voice Calls with plans to expand the availability to more sites and longer minutes.  PS: Offering public web support is an idea I’ve pursued in a lot of forms already. UserSupport AI is my latest iteration of it.
