Feedback widget that writes the fix, not just the ticket

Feedback widget that writes the fix, not just the ticket. Users report bugs, Claude clones your repo, and ships actual code. At 7.6KB, we're 30x smaller than Hotjar (230KB) and 68x smaller than Usersnap (518KB). Free tier: 5 PRs/mo and 1K feedback items. Pro is $19/mo for 50 PRs. Hotjar wants $49, Intercom charges $29/seat, Canny is $19 but doesn't write code. We're the only ones who actually fix stuff.

Hey everyone, my name's Will and I'm addicted to starting new projects. That means I'm constantly taking down notes on new products or features. One day I thought why not try installing a feedback widget to track everything. What I found out there was ugly, bloated and expensive, so I built Usero. My goal is to give YOUR users an amazing experience on YOUR website. Since building it, I've used it way more than I thought, on all of my projects. Every product has its little bugs and UX improvements it could use. Sometimes I'll notice something on my phone in the supermarket queue. Now I don't have to make tickets or open my notes app. I just submit it and forget about it while the PR gets generated to review later. I highly recommend trying it out, even if just in your own dev or QA environment. It's made a noticeable improvement to my ship velocity. Also, end users are way less likely to submit feedback going through email or a Google form tthan this widget. Instead of transcribing bug reports into Jira, we skip that entirely. User clicks "Report Bug," describes what's wrong, takes a screenshot. Claude clones your repo, figures out the actual problem, and opens a PR with the fix. Or if you prefer, it can just create a well-formatted GitHub Issue with full context. On the widget itself: I tried Hotjar and Usersnap before building this. Both were enormous—230KB and 518KB respectively. But worse than the bundle size, they looked like they were bolted on. Big floating buttons, branded modals, the whole "clearly third-party software" aesthetic. Usero is only 7.6KB, and I'm going to work to make that smaller. So I thought, I'm using this so much, why not share it with the world? From today Usero has a generous free tier with 5 PRs/month and 1,000 feedback items. Pro is $19/mo for 50 PRs and 10,000 items. For context: Hotjar is $49/month. Usersnap's free tier is only 20 items, then $39 (no code). Canny is $19 like us but just tracks feature requests (no code). Intercom is $29/seat/month (no code). We're the only tool that actually writes the fix. Please try it out, and leave as much feedback as you'd like!
