I think Usermaven is a great addition to my tool stack. It allows me to get a deep dive into the customers intent and am able to better understand any road blocks or areas within my app that customers are not liking or are causing delays. UserMaven: Making GA4 look like a 100-step Google mystery novel you'd rather not read! @waq_azeem Compliments on building a fun to use, yet comprehensive alternative to GA4. Like many of us I've been struggling with converting multiple websites from Universal Analytics, with former goals and conversions, to the new GA4, where there are no easy options, no migration tools, just the typical 100+ step Google mystery processes to try to get analytics to work. End of rant. So - I love UserMaven - great interface, easy to use, easy to track conversions, button clicks and deep feature set that is well organized. Add to this a super responsive support team (I can't even wrap my head around actually getting a response to analytics related support questions)

Usermaven is a good alternative to GA, but still have things to improve. One thing is translation to other languages, I love how reports are simple to view and very concise, but my clients don't understand them as they are in english.
