Hey everyone! I built UserLoop to help brands collect insights directly from customers rather than totally relying on pixels + analytics to learn about their customers. The app is already being used by hundreds of stores (including some of the world's biggest consumer brands šŸ‘€) and has collected millions of pieces of customer feedback. Built-in analytics + reporting helps you break down which responses are driving the most revenue for your store. Learn things like... šŸ—£ Which marketing channels are driving the most revenue šŸ—£ Which TikTok influencers are sending customers to your store šŸ—£ What other products/variants your customers would like you to stock + lots more! You can ask an unlimited amount of questions and go deeper with follow-up questions to clarify responses. Some of the most requested features in the app... šŸ’³ Embed surveys on your Shopify order confirmation page šŸ“§ Trigger email surveys based on customer activity šŸ„ž Ask multiple questions, follow-up questions and more šŸ“Š Analyse responses linked to Shopify order data šŸ“¹ Ask video questions where users can upload their own UGC video responses šŸŽŸ Incentivise responses with unique discount codes I've been building the app in public on Twitter at https://twitter.com/jamesdevonport for the last year. I built the app myself as well as all the design and marketing, so it's been a really steep learning curve but an amazing adventure! Love to hear your feedback or answer any questions about it :)

Congratulations on the launch. As someone obsessed with using micro-surveys to improve product experience and increase check out rates, I am mega-impressed with what you've built. The ability to ask real users questions is a super-power many marketers ignore, instead focusing on screen-recordings and funnel analytics. My suggestion when using surveys is to always start with open questions to gather insights, before characterising those answers and introducing more structured feedback. Being able to trigger surveys at all stages of the funnel, and tying those customers responses to order-value segmentation are both stand-out features for me. You've also made an amazing contribution to the no-code scene with your social insights and mailer. Good luck and thanks for everything you give to the community šŸ¦„

@helloitsolly Thanks so much for the kind words! It's been a really fun product to build and amazing to see all the valuable customer feedback merchants are getting come flooding in. Also amazing to work on it as a no-code product, who would have thought it would be possible even 5 years ago!

Awesome launch James :)

Do the emails get sent with klaviyo?
James
No they get sent through the system itself, though there is a Klaviyo integration so you could use that instead if you preferred!
Patrick Quinn
I may be wrong but is your logo not just the Dreamcast logo in blue?
James
@patrickjmq I hadn't realised that! It's actually just the šŸŒ€ emoji, I havn't spent any time on branding yet, been focussed on building the product first
