Getting user feedback is an absolutely critical step in making user-friendly software - and finding that ever elusive (until it's not...) "product-market fit". However, the whole process of recruting users, coordinating and conducting interviews is a time consuming and challenging process. UserCue will be an invaluable tool to product managers and UX researchers everywhere.
UserCue is one of the best products in this category that I have used and shared with my network. Not many solo founders or busy leaders at larger startups have nor make the time to conduct the necessary customer discovery efforts to validate ideas or improve their existing offerings. UserCue makes this a breeze for the uneducated on customer discovery best practices and the under-resourced.
Highly recommend you give this a try.
