Quick update: I'm actually working on a suite of simple, focused tools like this. UseByWhen was my first experiment in building single-purpose utilities that solve one problem really well.
My philosophy: instead of building one bloated app that does everything poorly, create multiple clean tools that each do one thing perfectly.
Next up: I'm launching PrecisionConvert.io (unit converter for professionals) and have a few other single-purpose tools in the pipeline.
For UseByWhen specifically, planning to add:
