I am looking for a solution that works well for cooperatives and less technical people like farmers with possibility to change the language to Arsbic. I'll give it a try.
Is there a group brainstorming methodology before defining the tasks?

At first glance there's not much that compels me to try this. We've tried both Favro and Trello and, oddly enough, eventually went back to using Basecamp. While we like the Kanban style, our lists got very long. I find there's an interesting approach coming out of (the unfortunately named) 'dapulse' but otherwise, it's a very competitive space so I wish you luck. In the words of Omar Little, "You come at the king, you best not miss."

@punkscience Hi Darryl, thanks for the support! As I said elsewhere, our approach won't be everyone and I agree, it's a competitive space but it's not a winner takes all market. There's room for smaller players to establish themselves and grow, as we are doing at present.
Long lists is actually a huge challenge for everyone who is using tools like ours. That's why we built the subtasks/list functionality to avoid clutter. We made a promise to our users that we would keep it simple and we continue to get a lot of feedback on just that so we are happy to oblige.
As for Omar, we find that some of our less technically proficient users are still using internet explorer. The first advice we give thim is always this:
Looks very interesting and seems like a lot of work have been done here! I do want to give it a try.
Though from a marketing perspective, I think the positioning / differentiating is a bit weak. There are so many task managers out there, I do want to know how you are different and better! "Improve collaboration", 'keep everyone on the same page" is what your competitors are doing too. Tell me your story and vision! You are not communication how you are different and your strongest points on the website, sorry.
Tell me your tool is simple, flexible, light, or what else make me wanna switch from my current tools. My feedback is not negative, but I do believe in the power of real feedback :)
Good luck to the team and looking forward to trying it out!
Really appreciate the honest input @aleks_muse.
We are painfully aware that our marketing efforts in general and communication our positioning in particular is our major pain point. We have started 2017 with reaffirming our vision and aligning our team. Our webpage is definitely up for a revamp now.
We have been (extremely) bootstrapped in 2016, and worked with finding product/market fit. We have had close to zero resources for marketing, but that is changing now (https://blog.upwave.io/2017/01/1...).
Marketing and growth is our prioritization in 2017, and all the input here and in our support system is extremely helpful.

To the email: I was kidding, I was just looking for this and the only thing that needed to top up the ice cream was: Free. I couldn't find a way to reply to you from email.
No worries @mariana_salcido. Feel free to contact us any time. We usually reply very quick via Intercom, the engagement tool we use.

@kjetil_molokken_ostvold cool that I bring up a subject, unintentionally.
I don't think I would recommend donations, I did that as well for our web creator, didn't work... I should have asked Wikipedia.
Instead, a good idea came up, before reading the whole tread, I thought you were talking about something else -A fundraising education group where I'm a member- That it will be an excellent idea:
More than ask donations for perks, actually convert "leads" in donators. (But I would ask donations on a running product, unless "pay what you want", they don't have access until they donate.
