What's up guys, been watching Producthunt almost every day. It's my first product page. Would love to geet some valuable feedback from you all.
In the past a few years, I have been helping growing companies and dreamers connect advisers, mentors, and contractors who are executives, founders, investors, and experts for a series of online/offline meetings, events, and short/long term contracts.
Upteam represents my current work, vision and it's coming 1.0 version will start showcasing all sorts of requests from actual corporate and individual clients for talents to review and apply. We are focusing on building the next generation recruiting service platform for top experts, talents who are interested in monetize their expertise, experience, resources to bold and innovative organizations and individuals, and together make amazing things happened.

Use case #1: Asian Financial Service firm in search of Adviser
A Financial Service company in Asia who would like to gain insights from Wall Street on Balanced Asset Allocation, Active Investment, Pension Fund Management, Financial Advisory model, Value Investment and Factor Investing. Upteam arranged an exclusive trip for selected executives from the firm to visit New York. During the trip, the team visited 6 Iconic Wall Street Financial Service companies and spoke with executives from designated departments on topics they are interested in. On top, we also arranged a series of private meetings for the company and individuals with extensive expertise, backgrounds, and resources in each field. By the end of the trip, not only the team received all the insights and answers to the questions they brought with them, but also successfully hired two long-term advisers for their fixed income and financial advisory businesses.

Use case #2: Blockchain Startup looking for Advisors
Jarred is working on Project aiming to track precious metal and diamonds through a piece of finished jewelry using blockchain technology and ultimately into the hands of customers. He has just finished with the technology part of the projects. Before the official launch, he'd like to demo the project and his vision to 6-8 high influenced people in both Blockchain and Jewelry fields to get some valuable feedback at the same time hopefully invite some of them to join the advisory board. Upteam arranged 20+ meetings online and offline for Jarred with individuals with strong backgrounds and resources in both fields. Jarred ended up not only getting all feedback he was hoping for also on-boarded 6 advisers to join the company.

Use case #3: Startup Accelerator organizing a pitch contest in Silicon Valley
A reputable Chinese Accelerator based in Beijing looking to bring 30 participants representing rising stars across several fast-growing industries to Silicon Valley, seeking potential investments and PR effects. Upteam proposed to organize a pitching contest for the participants. We not only secured a space on Stanford Campus for the contests but also invited 8 potential investors who are reputable VCs, Industry experts, and serial entrepreneurs in the Valley to become the judges of the contests. The event ended with a celebration dinner which was opened to the professionals in the Bay Area. Participants successfully built up relationships with investors and ecosystems in Silicon Valley, the accelerators made several Press Release in both Chinese and Global New Outlets.

Use case #4: Animation Studio looking to sell to Netflix
An animation studio produces original Sitcom content based in China would be interested in selling its original content to the worlds' largest video subscription platform Netflix. They realized its rather challenging to get hold of the person within Netflix who is in charge of making the original content buying decisions. After they got hold of Upteam, we quickly connected them with a few individuals who could make the introduction. Within one week, they successfully secured the meeting with the head of Original Content in Netflix and flew to Los Angeles for the in-person pitch.
