I've been in front office finance for most of my career and, the two times where I decided to move to a new company, I ended up loosing all the information that I had painstakingly logged into the CRM I was using. Which is couter-intuitive, since in both cases most of my value to the new firm was the quality and quantity of contacts I had. That's why I created upnoteZ: to easily log all of MY client interactions to make sure that I retain full control over my career.
