Hey PH! If you’re anything like me, you’ll find your head spinning in circles about a problem. You'll go back and forth and waste hours mulling over what to do. You might talk to your friends and family about it, but they'll provide a mix of judgment and biased opinions. I was in this position last year, and that's when I discovered the power of coaching. Like a therapist, a coach hears you out from a neutral standpoint. But unlike therapy, which analyzes your past, coaching focuses on the present and future. A coach helps you uncover blindspots and take action to get to where you want to be. Finding the right coach can be tricky. There are so many "coaches" out there, and having a strong fit is important for a coaching relationship to be effective. Uplevel aims to make finding the right coach a breeze.
