Hi Product Hunt! We built UPC Label Maker (https://upclabelmaker.com) after watching warehouse barcode sheets fail scan checks on rows 8–10 of 30-up Avery 5160 sheets and 2x1 direct thermal rolls.
Browser print dialogs often shrink 8.5×11 in PDFs to ~94.5%, creating 4.25 mm of vertical drift by row 10. And uncalibrated canvas previews rarely match exported PDF coordinates.
So we built a 1:1 PostScript point (72 pt/in) imposition engine where single-barcode vector PDF/SVG/600 DPI PNG exports, blank Avery 5160/5163 templates, and our 1-page crosshair alignment test sheet are 100% free with no sign-up.
