@wisani_shilumani1 So one of the key learnings I have learnt is that conversational systems are so fragmented and hard to bring together which lead to me spending more time in modelling the architecture of Unified Inbox. Secondly I learnt that don't focus on features focus on benefits. While initially building it I was focus on having all these features but only to find out most of our users just wanted to organize their conversation using tags. Lastly I learnt how to effectively build in public. I kept on sharing my progress with our community and people where not so interested in the final product but on the journey.

Hey Everyone! 👋 I first had the idea for Unified Inbox when we developed an application for a client at work and our customer success and support team had to manage queries from multiple social media platforms and could not find an alternative focused on just messaging. So I built Unified Inbox to address that problem add the following 1. The inability to collaborate in managing social media accounts with team mates 2. Inability to track response time of agents to ensure they are within the acceptable response time. 3. Reduce moving between multiple tabs and devices. Unified Inbox supports the following - Twitter Direct Messages, text, videos and gifs - Facebook Pages, text, videos and gifs We will be soon bring: - Facebook Groups - Instagram Direct Messages I'm excited to hear your feedback, thoughts, and questions in the comments. 😊
