Give every AI tool persistent memory. Unifie is a Chrome extension that connects ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok & Perplexity with a shared context layer that runs locally in your browser.

How does the local memory layer actually stay in sync between sessions if it's all browser-side, and what happens if I switch computers or clear my cache?
@yeter3394953718 Great question! Unifie uses a Local-First, Cloud-Synced architecture.
Locally, it uses Chrome's extension storage (which persists even if you close the browser or clear normal website cookies). For switching computers or clearing your cache, Unifie automatically backs up your memories to your cloud account in real-time.
If you switch devices or wipe your browser, simply log in to your Unifie account, and the extension will instantly sync and restore your entire memory layer from the cloud!
Love that the shared context layer runs locally in the browser instead of round-tripping through another server. Local-first design like this is exactly what makes a privacy story actually believable.
@barantblkrwlh Thank you! Spot on. We strongly believe that true privacy starts with keeping your data exactly where it belongs, on your own device. The local-first approach was non-negotiable for us
how does the local context layer handle sync across devices if i jump between my laptop and desktop
@berralg7vne you can export and import your memories
The local-only context layer is a smart call, keeps everything snappy without sending data to yet another server. Love how it quietly sits across all those AI tabs without getting in the way.
@zeki134694 thank you!
