My co-founder and I started Unform after going through a painful job search ourselves.
We were looking for roles in a new market and kept running into the same problems: irrelevant job recommendations, unclear requirements, no visibility into whether we were a good fit, and almost no feedback after applying.
So we building Unform - an AI career agent that lets you chat or speak, upload your CV, get matched with relevant jobs, see your fit score, and apply in one flow.
We’re trying to make job search more transparent, guided, and less exhausting.
Would love for you to try it and share your feedback and ideas.
I like the chat/speak approach. A lot of people don’t think about their career goals in perfect filters like title, location, seniority, and salary. Sometimes it starts more like “I want something product-related, early-stage, maybe remote, but I’m not sure what roles make sense for me.”
Curious how Unform explains the match score. Does it show users what they are missing for a role and what they could improve before applying?
We create a set of different matching criteria when a user initiates his search, when job is found, we show the user how he performed and what could be improved :)
