Hiring is broken. CVs compress years of experience into bullet points, and AI tools built on top of them inherit that flaw. UnBullet fixes this. Candidates write their full professional story once β and AI matches them to roles automatically. Hiring managers get a ranked shortlist and pre-screen candidates by talking directly to the AI. No screening calls. No HR bottleneck. Write your story once. Let the right roles find you.

@georgios_sarantitis_Β Good idea! Congrats!
How do you keep the story structured enough for hiring teams to compare candidates fairly?
@dmitrii_volosatovΒ To be honest, we havent provided a specific structure / format that the candidates should follow to write the story. We are giving complete freedom to write anything you like, how ever you like to write it. Then it lies with the model to match the information contained in the text to the available role descriptions. I would not consider it unfair, I strongly believe we are giving candidates a way to really stand out this way and not fit them into "boxes".

Can candidates correct anything if the AI misinterprets their story?
@othman_katimΒ Thanks for the feedback! I would assume you are talking about the anonymization part since the matching part explanation text is only visible to the hiring manager, not the candidate. The answer is currently no. When a user selects to go incognito, AI creates an anonymized version of their story which they can then read and approve (or reject and a new one is created). But we can definitely add the option to manually edit the AI-redacted text, it is genuinely good idea!
I like the idea of making recruitment more narrative-driven instead of keyword-focused. This could help candidates present their actual experiences more authentically.
