This appears to be the surfer equivalent of having a great caddy hen you golf. This device shows you tide alerts for your favorite spots, wave height, swell height +direction, tomorrow surf forecast, even wind speed and direction Wind speed + direction also makes this is solid watch for windsurfing. I've definitely been out on the beach with some buddies just waiting all day for the wind to pick up and checking weather reports all the time. Would be great to just chill and wait for the watch to alert me instead.
