For others, it s a highly practical tool the ultimate way to achieve weight loss, crystal-clear mental clarity, and deep cell repair (autophagy).
We wanted to create an app that respects both paths, but with a twist: Honesty. Most fasting apps rely 100% on your manual input. But let s be real it s easy to sneak a splash of milk in your coffee and let the timer run. That s why Ultimate Fasting syncs with Health Connect. If you log food in your calorie tracker mid-fast, our AI will flag it and keep you accountable. No more cheating yourself!
While building Ultimate Fasting, we realized a huge problem: managing the psychological loop of cravings. 🍔 ➡️ 🥗
A lot of fasting apps treat the timer as just a countdown to food. But biologically, when you push past the 14-hour mark, you're not just waiting to eat—you are actively resetting your appetite, dropping insulin levels, and reversing the "junk food loop."
This is why we built the "Smart Coach" personalities to focus heavily on the cellular transition (like Autophagy and Fat-burning), not just the clock. We want users to visualize that they are healing, not starving.
