Recently, I've been made aware of distressing incidents involving the CEO of Ulai, where employees have been subjected to abusive language and disrespectful treatment.It's disheartening to witness such behavior, especially from leadership figures who should set the standard for workplace conduct. A CEO's mindset reflects the values and culture of their company, and the reported actions at Ulai raise serious concerns about the overall work environment.
