The live ticket chat for external collaboration is a really thoughtful touch, it turns what is usually a painful back and forth into something that actually feels like working together on the fix.
@sebahattinzokt the " live ticket", it is a strategy to respond and iterate quickly on possible observations and/or requirements that may arise.

I really appreciate the feedback, but I suspect it's generic and not coming from users who are actually testing the app. In other words, they seem like bots.
