UGC Deal Tracker: Track UGC payments, deadlines and usage dates in Excel

I’m the seller of UGC Deal Tracker, a new $9 Excel workbook for organizing the admin around UGC deals.

It has three sheets: Overview, Deals and Rights. The workbook tracks partial payments and open balances, delivery/payment dates and fixed, perpetual or unagreed usage terms. USD, EUR, GBP and KZT are summarized separately without currency conversion.

It runs locally, with no macros, external data connections or subscription. Alerts stay inside the workbook; it does not send emails or collect payments. Tested on Windows Excel. Google Sheets, Numbers and mobile apps have not been verified.

The download is empty for the buyer’s records. Gallery examples are clearly labelled fictional. This is a new launch: I don’t have customer outcomes or revenue claims to share.

Would the separation between deal payments and asset usage terms help your workflow? Feedback on that split would be useful.

UGC payment tracking: should an unknown receipt hide the balance?

I'm building UGC Deal Tracker for Excel. I'm looking for feedback on a reconciliation decision, especially from creators who track partial brand payments manually.
