I'm the solo developer behind UFast Note, and I'm excited (and nervous) to share it here.
**Why I built this**
It started with a genuinely annoying problem. I'd be mid-thought — driving, in a meeting, half-awake at 2am — and by the time I unlocked my phone, found the notes app, opened it, and tapped the input field... the idea was gone.
Every notes app I tried had the same 2–3 tap friction before I could start writing. It sounds small, but that gap is where ideas die.
So I built UFast Note around one principle: **open the app → keyboard is already up → type immediately**. Zero taps. Not "fast". Instant.
**What makes it different**
- **0-tap keyboard** — I think this function is the most convenient.
- **E2E encryption** — Cloud sync with AES-256-GCM encryption. Notes are encrypted on your device before upload. It syncs through cloud storage, but no one can read your notes.
- **No subscription** — Pro is a one-time purchase. That's it.
**What I'd love feedback on**
1. Is the 0-tap keyboard launch actually compelling to you, or am I the only one annoyed by this?
2. The app is Android-only right now. iOS interest is the #1 thing I'm tracking to decide on an iOS build.
