UBUY- NONSENSE company Nonsense, They cancel the order by themselves, to increase the price and say the stock was out of stock. Next moment the item is available with a higher price. Refund promised in 7-10 days. Its been 17 days and still. They give their internal reference as transfer proof. Filthy people at chat copy paste the same answer. One such document shows the deduction of transaction charges. Utterly greedy company. Need to boycott such greedy people. Never customer friendly. Totally avoid this site. HOwever, my money is still not refunded , after they cancelled the order or 4th Dec 2022. Date of experience: December 23, 2022

My first and, last time using Ubuy UAE. I ordered an energy drink with caffeine, from the U.S. since none are available in the UAE. I paid for expedited shipping. I received my order over a week late. I called the company multiple times only to be told the original shipper sent the wrong amount. But, Ubuy never bothered to inform me of this themselves. I got nothing but a run-a-round from the normal, customer-service reps. They would do nothing nor, tell me anything until I demanded a supervisor. I told them I wanted to cancel and, get a refund. They refused. The 'manager' said that as the right package had finally been shipped, it could not be cancelled but, that I would receive a refund for the shipping costs. They lied. I received nothing. Do not use this company. They are untrustworthy and, unreliable.

Their product literally blew up in my kitchen. I have an infant crawling at the moment and hate to think how much worse this could have been. They were uncaring and failed to act appropriately, even telling me it was my fault. Disgusting company with horrible customer service, ethics annd standards. Avoid at all cost.

I didn’t face any trouble while buying artificial vases from Vantree at Ubuy. I have used an interest-free payment method during checkout. Really quick and satisfying service!

Ubuy is a nice platform to shop for unique items. I found the credit card skimmer that I was looking for on various shopping sites. I needed to pay custom charges but was fine for me.
