La recensione è per il servizio Uber Reserve, pubblicizzato tantissimo ma di fatto inutilizzabile: in una grande città come Lisbona ho provato a impostare vari luoghi di partenza ma NESSUNO era disponibile, nemmeno posti come il monastero de los Jeronimos o la torre di Belém, cioè tra i più turistici della città! Farebbero prima a scrivere DOVE è disponibile questo servizio anziché pretendere che l'utente scriva una posizione, che poi però si rivela non essere disponibile. Della serie "ritenta, sarai più fortunato". Inaccettabile, così come per il fatto che non è un caso che le corse di Uber facciano spesso ritardo, il che può essere un serio problema se si hanno dei voli da prendere

Support is absolutely terrible. I used Uber every morning to go to work and I was very pleased. The reason why I was satisfied was that they gave a discount because taxis were expensive in the country I lived in and it was reliable. Thanks to the promotional codes, it was both affordable and I could use it 5 days a week. As of last week, they stopped defining promotional codes. This upset me a lot, but I said okay. Still, I sent an email asking whether a promotional code would be defined again and wanted to be informed. They've been stalling me for a week. They give general support answers to the questions I write and write after 3-4 days. What a pity!

Uber is great because it's reliable, cheap then other, and always gets me where I need to go on time!

overall good. they should add feature to detect cancellation by user. sometimes user is charged even if he cancels due to delay by driver.

Using it for many years, it is a seamless, hassle-free experience. The best feature is pre-booked or scheduling a ride, especially early morning to the airport.
