❓ "Is it really free?"
Yes — you can generate and edit blogs for free. No credit card needed to start. Premium plans unlock more AI generations.
❓ "Do I need to already have accounts on Medium/Dev.to/WordPress?"
Yes, you connect your existing accounts. We don't create them for you. But once connected (takes ~2 mins), you publish from Blogboat forever.
❓ "What AI model does it use?"
We use best-in-class LLMs under the hood, optimized for long-form structured content. The output is structured, not just a wall of text.
❓ "Can I edit the AI output?"

🔒 A note on PRIVACY — because this matters a lot to us:
When you connect your Medium, Dev.to, WordPress, or Ghost account to Blogboat, your API keys and tokens NEVER leave your device. They're stored in your device's native keychain (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore, or system credential manager).
We literally have zero access to them. We can't see them. We can't leak them. We can't sell them.
This is a hard commitment, not just a policy. It's built into the architecture.
