Hi everyone! Iโm the developer of Twin Deck.
I started building it because Total Commander doesnโt have a native macOS version. I switched to Double Commander, but in my setup, previews appeared in the opposite pane and took longer to open than I wanted. That led me to build a file manager around the workflow I preferred.
I use Twin Deck during development to inspect and work with project resources. It combines dual panes and tabs with keyboard controls, file previews, content search, disk usage analysis, and a built-in terminal.
If you use Total Commander, Double Commander, ForkLift, or OneCommander, Twin Deck is another alternative to try for everyday file browsing, copying, and moving.
Twin Deck is free to use. Installers are available for Apple Silicon Macs and Windows x64; there is no Linux installer. The app is unsigned, so please review the installation instructions and trust the source before allowing it to run. The interface supports English and Korean.
Iโd appreciate bug reports and suggestions for improving the features and workflow. What would make it useful in your day-to-day work?
