TurboScribe should clearly disclose the actual practical limits of the “Unlimited” plan before payment, especially for bulk uploads, queue limits, fair-use limits, daily limits, or any restrictions that can affect real usage.
Support also needs to respond properly when a paying customer reports that the paid plan does not work as expected. In my case, I contacted support and Leif Fogel directly, but I did not receive a clear explanation, refund, or proper resolution.
If “Unlimited” has limits, they should be visible before checkout, not discovered after payment.
