The multi-location controls and automatic failover look practical for venues. Can managers set different schedules, announcements, and content rules per location while still controlling everything from one dashboard?
@adityaharish2002 Yes! We also have a built-in role-based access system. Each location can be configured independently with its own schedule and settings. At the same time, all locations share the same library of playlists, jingles, and announcements, making it easy to maintain consistent branding while managing everything from a single dashboard.
Integrating with POS systems is a really smart move for retail and hospitality. Does this integration allow the music tempo or announcements to react dynamically to real-time data, like peak foot traffic or sales volume?
@aren_barseghyan Yes. Right now, we offer two strategies that users can choose from after connecting a POS integration:
Retain Guests - During quiet hours, the music tempo is reduced by 15% and the volume is slightly lowered. This encourages guests to stay longer and often leads to higher spending.
Increase Turnover - During peak hours, the tempo increases by 20% and the volume is raised slightly, encouraging guests to finish sooner and free up tables more quickly.
Announcements aren’t tied to the POS integration yet, but it’s on our roadmap. I plan to introduce follow-up announcements that can be triggered by business metrics - for example, if sales in a particular category are lower than they were at the same time yesterday.
the copyright-headache-free always-on part is the real unlock. when it drops to offline cached music, do the ai jingles and announcements still fire?
