This app has just launched and, like Mindie, features an iTunes preview but with a still photo instead of video. There are several companies doing this as well but this has some big names backing it on launch.
It looks great but it was made by a digital agency (AKQA) in London rather than the company that's running the service which is strange (especially considering the first article says it's going to be bigger than Twitter and Facebook - bold).
They've done a good job on the app though, really like the emotion wheel.
