What's different: One actionable number, not another dashboard Caffeine cutoff based on its 5.5hr half-life Sleep debt you can actually pay off Personalized algorithm that learns your patterns Apple Watch native, fully on-device Not another tracker. Hey Product Hunt š
I'm Ravi, the dev behind TuckIn.
I built this because my Apple Watch knew everything about my sleep ā HRV, stages, heart rate ā and still couldn't answer the one question that actually mattered: what time should I go to bed tonight?
So I'd stay up too late, drink coffee too close to bed, schedule hard workouts on nights I needed recovery, and act surprised the next morning. The data was there. The decision wasn't.
TuckIn is the decision layer. It gives you one bedtime, updated as your day unfolds, and helps you plan around it:
ā Caffeine cutoff ā see the latest you can have coffee before it eats into your night (5.5hr half-life, three zones)
ā Sleep debt ā know exactly how behind you are and how to dig out
ā Personalized baseline ā blends age-based sleep needs with your own patterns, gets sharper over time
ā Fully on-device ā your data never leaves your phone
It's iOS + Apple Watch, ā¹499/mo or ā¹2,499/yr (~$5/$30).
Would genuinely love your feedback ā especially from the Apple Watch and quantified-self folks here. What's missing? What would make you actually use this? I'll be in the comments all day.
