I built a better way to speed up YouTube.
I'm Rand, the maker of TubeNitro.
I watch a lot of YouTube tutorials and long-form content. While I love YouTube's native "long-press for 2x speed" feature, I often found myself frustrated by two things:
2x isn't always enough (sometimes I need 3x or 5x to skim through fluff).
I wanted granular control without digging into settings menus.
That's why I built TubeNitro.
It transforms the viewing experience with a simple, intuitive gesture: 👆 Long-press & Slide Up to accelerate (all the way to 10x!). 👇 Long-press & Slide Down to slow down (to 0.5x).
It feels incredibly fluid—like dragging the timeline, but for speed.
