TSKR is designed to eliminate context switching and reduce cognitive load. Helping you focus on your work providing you with relevant, thoughtful insights on how to optimise your day. TSKR focuses on simplicity and is mobile first, voice first. It allows the user to scale from "to-do list" to "large project". TSKR is currently in public beta.

Hi everyone,
I'm Eoin and founder of TSKR.
I've been frustrated with productivity software for most of my 15 year career. I'm building an easier, simpler, more delightful way to manage work. The goal is to eliminate context switching and reduce cognitive load.
TSKR is the intelligent task manager for founders and early stage operators.
Today, TSKR is just a window on the future, I'm looking for your honest feedback particularly if you're a founder or early stage operator.
Thanks!

I like the simplicity Eoin! The concept of using an agent to organise my tasks is brilliant. I use an Eisenhower Matrix to organise my tasks on TickTick and would love to have an assistant move things around based on it's awareness of my productivity or the fact that maybe the context of some tasks can be more similar to each other so can be grouped together, maybe it even slots in simple tasks between larger ones, to keep me from avoiding them. One thing that would make it easier to adopt was if there's a way to bring my stored tasks from somewhere else, even if it's my calendar. To me the value I felt was more in the task manager/organiser agent than the store of record for my tasks. So I might continue to store tasks in other apps, but I come here to have access to this manager which helps me stay productive. Awesome product!
@raunaqvaisoha Thanks! Are you on Google Calendar or what do you use? We're working on integrating with this and other applications. That contextual understanding of how you work across various places is exactly what we are solving. Today, there's an Organise feature which can work across all your work or within a given Project... you can also add a .txt or .md file to upload tasks (little bit of a workaround) while we're extending the product. You might also enjoy the Insights (things about how you work) based on your last week/day.
Hi Eoin, I hope this works - cognitive load is arguably the biggest cost to all knowledge workers. How will TSKR reduce context switching specifically?
@monoglotmark Thanks Mark, short term, TSKR is the place you manage all tasks/projects. With the Priority Tasks feature, it tells you "what's next" based on your input on importance and due dates. You don't need to scan across 5 tools to figure this out. Medium term, we're working on integrating with your favourite tools so that TSKR can ambiently absorb your context and tasks e.g. Granola takes your meetings notes, the follow ups/actions live in TSKR.
