Turning a casual phone video into a room you can use. Before Astra, going from a amateur video of walkthrough to an editable 3D room meant a 3D artist, a scanner app, or a floor plan, plus days of work, so nobody did it for a rental they might not take.
With GPT-6 Astra, I did the whole thing in a day: Astra read the video frames, rebuilt the apartment in Blender through the official Blender MCP server, gave it the clay look, exported it to a browser viewer, then wrote the furniture, collision and door interactions, six languages, tests and the deployment.
I didn't write the 3D code; I judged the output the way a renter would and said what felt wrong. That's the part that wasn't practical before: reconstruction and product work cheap enough that a single apartment viewing is worth turning into a shareable room.

Orbit it, look at it top-down or at eye level, drag in furniture (it warns you when something won't fit), try the doors and windows, then share a link. Whoever opens it gets their own copy to edit, so you can decide together.
